• historical research of said black PC comes from a history professor in Japan that is actually a jew faking everything and citing himself on wikipedia
• Nihon university figuring out that this fag was blackwashing Japanese history and firing him as he deletes everything
• the focus on a black PC in Feudal Japan is because the lead writer is a monstrously obese BLM-loving white whore
• some Japanese politicians start talking about the game's bullshit

• the investors call where C-suite were skittish to answer a question about preorder numbers because they know the game is going to bomb

Also, in one of the early trailers, they had Yasuke ride in through a Torii Gate. They aren't "Gates", they're entrances to Shrines. So they also added in a 100% religious desecration event to the bullet points. This bit actually is what really got the Japanese audience to really start looking at details. It's an easy mess-up for a designer; it's a terrible mess up for the entire Cultural Anthropology study they claim to do. The best part is that this has been their "break glass in case of emergency" and they completely fucked it up. AC has slowly become the core pillar of their company's profitability and the Feudal Japan setting was always avoided because they believe it was too easy (aka they know it will sell a gajillion dollars so save that when they're in trouble). This was their mint condition alpha edition Black Lotus that they kept in their safe for a rainy day. Used cards are a shitshow for different reasons, you are sacrificing your warranty and putting yourself at increased risk of getting a bad part, often for little more than the 20ish bucks in savings I already have access to. "Trustworthy" secondhand sellers are almost always making your savings back in increased shipping cost anyways. The market simply refuses to allow access to second-tier cards at reasonable prices at the moment.

Also, I'm buying a current gen AMD card, not Nvidia, so the connector complaint won't be a concern in the first place.

So many used cards are used because they have errant voltage/temp/display issues which resellers don't have the tiniest incentive to fix or tell you about. Unless the guy you're buying used cards from buys and FIXES them for a living idk what the fucking point even is.

I wish I could make do with a 3000 series equivalent but modern devs are so shit at optimizing that they're not going to work for me much longer, the new Monster Hunter was barely running on 3k series cards

Also on the PC topic, I went to go buy my 870e Taichi mobo and they're ALL sold out now, everybody bought them before Black Friday apparently so there's a shortage. I'm just going to pick up a couple sticks of DDR5 and leave it there for now, I guess things have changed since I did my last build. Used to be that you had until Cyber Monday to really gauge where things were going to land for price.
