You're out of your fucking mind. Argentina is on the way to become Venezuela 2.0, Mexico is one of the most indoctrinated countries by Uncle Sam and Chile is literally WHOn but I guess it's peaceful and stable in comparison to neighbor nations.
By Cassel's PPP (purchasing power parity) metric Brazil is way ahead of all other LATAM countries, at least 3 times ahead of Argentina, and we know how it's going down there. If you're a gringo and want a fiscal paradise, go to Panama or Domi. If you want proper infrastructure, go to Brazil, but go to the southern regions, they're whiter, thus safer, altough if you have money anywhere is safe there because you can bribe anyone.
