Normally I wouldn't mind people that do this but when you have to see them make 51 page google docs bitching about it when their grooming attempt backfires it makes me realize that schools getting rid of bullying was one of the worst mistakes ever made by the school system.
When they were pushing the whole "volunteer" thing I suspected it was bullshit but to have confirmation that it came from the organizers is nice to know. I agree with what Kirsche said on her last stream that volunteering wont fix anything and at that point you are just giving them free labor.
Given the lack of management I wonder if the profit share is still 50/50.
