Hololive so far seems to be one of those corporations where we dont know much about how they operate. The only thing I can use as comparison is all the other shit corpos.
When it comes to talents talking shit about the corpo I tend to always side with the talent. I don't take their entire word as gospel like some of the "harassment" to come from other talents. I tend not to take those claims as 100% fact since more often than not it ends up being women being women and interpreting things in the worst way possible. Case in point Finana saying she got gaslight. Case in point Sayu believing that everyone hated her (and later on we learning that a few people did not view her as bad as she thought they did).
