Ana has a clear interest in women. If you believe Ana is a man then he's not homosexual. If you believe Ana is a woman then she's already accepted it.
Investors invest expecting a return on their investment. If they believe the company isn't being managed in a way that will lead to investment returns, then even if they don't have votes or some other mechanism to control the company directly, they will still pressure and hound people to change things. That being said, in order for that to be a good thing, the management of the company needs to be very competent in the first place.

As an easy example: Investors openly DESPISE holoearth yet Cover keeps making it. You can read these exchanges, they are fully public.
Investors have been crying about Holoearth not making one gazillion of yen in an instant since 2023 and Ikko Fukuda still doesnt give a fuck about them

A slightly less easy example: Calli has stated that most (I don't remember the exact wording, I think it was most) concerts actually lose money, yet they keep happening.
What they lose with covers and concerts they earn it back through merch, a product that can only thrive through proper branding, and branding is only strengthened by doing memorable things like covers and concerts. It's a self-fulfilling cycle that companies forget to tell you the full picture to get some pity bucks.
The only people that actually end with a net negative are tournament organizers and indie artists.
This is true for all concerts, not just vtubing. Even famous bands struggle to break even on tour, and for smaller bands pretty much every concert is a loss without a merch stall.
General business model is you sell records to make good shows to sell more records and merch.

I haven't seen them complain about stars tbh.
Their biggest complaints/talking points from my reading of QnAs are:
- Holo earth bad
- Card game good
- Questioning financials (too much spending, decrease in profits)
- Asking basic questions
- Complaining about grads
- Proposing dumbass ideas that get shutdown immediately
- Not understanding gaijin
They always ask or propose the same dumb bullshit, they always get instantly shut down by kaneko or yagoo.
Trying to pull people over over to his channel in the middle of Rima's stream, what an ass.

I haven't seen them complain about Stars or concerts, but if holo was really getting pinched by the fabled shareholders, as people really like to claim, there would be big pushes towards cutting the fat and maximizing profits, obviously. Stars would've been sent to the cuckstoel even harder, concerts and expensive 3D streams would be cut back, somewhat-successful side projects that cost a lot like Midnight Grand Orchestra would be dead. In exchange we'd probably get new outfit spam to shift merch and donos, way more sponsored streams than usual, and Allah forbid, d*nothons.
A point in favor of more investor influence, desu.

Yeah I believe that if investors had a lot of power then Cover wouldn't be doing shit like Devis either, investors don't like taking chances with shit that isn't guaranteed to make them money as fast and efficiently as possible, if it was up to them they'd probably debut a new JP gen every 3 months and basically deprecate everything else.
