I'm going to have to disagree about her not being the same after the donothon, which was in January 2023. 2023 was an excellent year overall for her. Getting to collab with her oshi Pomu, hitting 100k subscribers, higher CCV, and realizing that her strengths laid in doing deep dives over gaming streams. I only noticed a change at the very end of 2023 going into 2024 when she jokingly told someone to kill themselves, resulting in a strike a few minutes later and being denied her a play button. It really messed with her and I get the impression she feels the need to play it safe. She also is dealing with her ongoing health issues as well. Her growth has been kinda anemic since the start of 2024 (though to be fair, I get the impression that most of vtubing is the same ATM) but her CCV is roughly the same as it was at the end of 2023. Mid to High 3-view that occasional rises to 4-view
I'm also going to have to hard disagree about the whole "I hate my chat" thing or than she's trying to distance herself from the Liacons. Spending a few minutes in any Lia stream and you'll know the banter goes both ways and if it isn't obvious she's playing up the tsundere brat character, sitting in her membership streams dispels any further doubt. Its honestly a lot more refreshing than GFE. And I see her all the time in the official Discord talking to the Liacons about FFXIV.

/pcg/ recovered, it just got hit by other yabs soon after. The real thing /pcg/ never recovered from was the Liker exodus, but the primary issue was the Coffin of Landy and Leyley attracting the retarded sharty kids to /pcg/ and a few of them camping the thread and eternally seething about Pippa.
I don't know how others feel, but as a Phase fan, 2024 was a weird year. It had some good moments, but overall, was kind of demoralizing as a non-con going fan. The number of missed streams and breaks don't have a payoff for me, on top of merch being shitty quality and taking forever to ship, looking back at 2024 feels worse as a fan, despite all the good shit that happened, mainly because I never really got to experience the good shit.

2023 was kind of my golden favorite year as a Phase fan. I felt 2024 was more of the same though Lia's stream output wasn't as good (Her best stream being her sister stream) but everything was stable
2025 has been much more worrying so far
It was real fun being apart of the rise of Phase (and for a minute the rise of Idol, Pixellink and Vdere). However once Phase hit the top I just didn't really dig the vibe shift. It was also hard for me to care about the con stuff as yeah all that is great but it essentially felt like people talking about a party that you weren't invited to. "You shoulda been there" and all that. For most of us we were just sitting around waiting for streams and time doesn't wait for anyone.
So the Phase stagnation that has happened with Gen 3, Lia and other hiatuses just didn't help matters. Props to Rie at least for sticking around and taking charge when everyone else fucked off for various reasons.
Idol at least had a wonderful drama filled downfall. So while it was sad that the party ended over there, it did at least happen in an amazing way

the first year was great, 30-90 ccv, lots of direct interaction with gals (remember that cat femboy lurking in the call of the first meet and greet) , no established edgy based retard culture, those strict fan art rules to gradually erode giving way to today's lewdartists. the halcyon salad days
That reminds me one of the things that Lia talked about once is how all of Phase's rival companies and associated companies have all died. They don't have that same competition to keep them lean and on their knees and they're in a peerless position. I do think that's not good

I do think that the lack of competition does stifle any sort of creativity/competition to improve upon themselves, but I think since they’ve grown bigger and now is a “midpoint” between the big players and the small 2 view corpos, they have a chance to innovate in their own lane (con appearances, concerts, more events) while also needing to strengthen what they already have (improving sub numbers and ccv rather than going full Niji and debuting wave after wave, getting merch at a reasonable time). Plus, they still have the corpo gobbler Brave to compete with who will burn money to try and overtake the competition (those 3D debuts and concert to varying successes, for example)
That being said, it slipped my mind but Sakana stated there was something big coming this year, during Dizzy’s Q&A last year. With superduper in Japan, pippa saying she’ll be going back soonish, and now Runie planning to go to Japan sometime soon, could this be the works of a 3D/new phase concert coming sometime in the near future?
They've grown so much that arguably, Niji's sudden downfall and Brave sudden thrust into buying every EN corpo made them peers or atleast number can probably make them their "peers" now. Holobronies sorta seethe when you call Phase a competitor to Holo and they're kinda right, but i think thats probably the closest thing to competition now that the small indie corpos are dying off
I have no evidence to back this up but I swear I remember seeing that Instagram text post from Clara before Jelly's tweet. I actually thought it was posted on TVA before but I couldn't find it.
That said, since I can't find any actual evidence I choose to run with the rrat that these two have reached the point of sub-tweeting callouts to each other on alts so we should probably start looking for that more.
I feel Phase for the past few weeks have been going through issues, but right now they seem to be on the talents having unrelated personal issue, a lot are going through shit all at the same time and right now it just seems like a coincidence; maybe winter depression and them having a poor lifestyle in the first place which accounts for the health issues? Are there any talents hitting the gym or going on walks?
If I remember correctly, Lia said she's getting into dancing/exercise again.
