V4Mirai have had concerts but they're hardly a small company considering brave, Idol never seemingly had lofty ambitions of doing 3D when Lisa joined so its honestly kind of moot to consider that about the reasons of her not being poached. Iirc it was because of the music assistance, which Phase is also ramping up.
So yeah, outside of the Brave umbrella, which is a massive corpo in its own right, Phase is inching closer to being an (NA) corpo that can facilitate idolshit compared to other options

Indie can hold concerts on their own (it would be costly but fauna is like top 2 holoEN ccv anyway). And Phase just invited Mint as a guest star to their concert. There's very little reason to join as a huge indie if you are only looking for 3D.

I think it was wrong to say Lisa didnt join because of no idolfagging, considering Phase always tried to push it as a pipe dream and succesfully has dipped their toes into it two times now. They also have pushed the music production harder, although this was after Lisa joined Brave/Idol
My general point is that Phase is slowly becoming more and more attractive to people who want some form of the idolshit experience (music production and eventual concerts) as far as 100% NA corps go.
Large indies can always dump cash into doing concerts, but as far as joining companies to get that opportunity, Brave, Holo, and even Niji are the few that can give that option, so Phase stands out now that they can also seemingly give that option on 3D and have given extensive support for music production.

I know that it was a one-off comment on-stream made around September-October, right when Invaders auditions closed. I don't remember who specifically, but FWIW, I watch Jelly, Lumi, Dizzy, Airi and Lia on a regular to semi-regular basis.
Quite the opposite really, she was hanging out with ex-CyberLive girls like Emma more, so she's biased against Phase if anything. Though generally Miori doesn't hang out with people who aren't already her friends like Bae. Though I believe she did hang out with Hime at least once when she went to Australia.

When Lisa applied(assuming she did during the summer 2023 auditions), they weren't even partners and I haven't seen anything from talents that implied brave buyout was determined a year ago. She could've joined V4mirai like Kou did if Brave was her intention from the start. It is a better option than Idol. I mean, speaking seriously, i'm entirely-content with Phase growing and evolving on its own, sure a sudden injection of a pre-existing audience from a previously-popular talent would be a neat boost, but the company doesn't really need it.
So, if i were to ever phasebeg, it'd be for some 2view i thought was super-underrated and had a strong chance to grow together with Phase.
