Even if you did explain everything to them, I guarantee you they don't care at the moment, and suddenly will care if you get enough attention, and at that point it won't matter what you thought they'd agreed to. Again, I really doubt Uwumarket thought she'd agreed to tolerate people making bootleg goods of her character and this is some betrayal of her agreement with them.
