Her INT ought to be pretty high, she worked at google and apple previously. It's her Wisdom stat that's low.
SPECIAL doesn't have a wisdom stat, and she's pretty SPECIAL.
Charisma helps you see through ruses and bluffs tricks and verbal traps.
it's SPECIAL's version of wisdom.

I'm like 90% sure this is gaslighting. Later, I'm going to try to see if her post-Shanghai stream is still up somewhere. I know I downloaded it at the time, but I almost certainly have deleted it since then - but I might have it hanging around on a backup somewhere.
