I mean it depends on your taste of card games: it plays mostly like pokemon TCG (but without 19 types to learn for now there are only five) has one card that you need to choose like the commander format in Magic (but here is named your "oshi") has a separate deck for the energy ( called "cheer" here) like One Piece TCG , specific cards to activate effects like YGO(for example Sora and Azki to activate their collab effect) and Mulligan like any card game with sense
So i can see why a lot of people like it
