There's been a pretty consistent pattern of: Album gets announced>Another huge announcement is confirmed soon after>Talent does a big 3D stream to make the reveal>Announcement is a sololive. Happened with Towa, Suisei, IIRC Pekora, Watame and with Miko just a few weeks ago. Marine already announced her album during her anniversary so the sololive is basically guaranteed.
