I think people should start double dipping their clips on other sites. I know you're not going to get much (or anything) back, but it's like an investment you know? Also not a total demotivator to watch something you make get wiped from the internet because it also exists elsewhere.

I don't Phase Weekly is a waste of time. It's a low-effort, low cost project that helps promote merch and upcoming projects and events and occasionally was the first place to share Phase Connect-related news or projects (such as Rie sharing detailed information about the Phase Showdown tourney after we got some teaser promotions). The clips were okay too and was a good way to see a little bit of what talents were doing that I don't normally watch. For what little effort and cost is involved, I think other corpos should come up with their own spin on the idea and do a short weekly catch-up program.

As much as I hate this entire brand of "lewd" clippers who parade this cancer around for ad revenue like a pimp showcasing his whores, I think there is a genuine frustration to be had here with old videos receiving the same punishment as recent ones. I really think there should be a statute of limitations on receiving channel strikes, since if a video has been sitting there for a year and collected a thousand or so views without causing any problems it's reasonable to assume nobody was actually bothered by it.

With the system being so vulnerable to false reports and automated-moderation misfires, it's basically a lottery where you just need to hit a "lucky" number three times in succession to lose your channel, and that becomes more likely to happen as the number of videos on the channel increases.

I genuinely have no idea what they're trying to achieve here. If it were just for one day or even a weekend leading up to whatever the hell they're doing with Kizuna AI's corpse then I'd at least understand them building up hype with a countdown while also farming watch time from people lurking in chat to catch an algo buff.

This, though? It's like they've gone out of their way to strategise the most effective way to kill everyone's interest.
