looks like Cover really is taking some more active steps to move into EU territory after the Japan Expo experiment in Paris went well
It will probably take a while till we see any results of this, buts nice to see anyways that EU is on the roadmap at least

You know vtubing has made it when Disney wants to start slipping it's cold, cancerous tentacles into the medium.
Since Disney already has actors at their parks wondering around in character outfits, adding all of this seems pointlessly overcomplex technologically for no reason. I obviously love vtubers but I don't see the point of this.
- This happened at the latest D23 fan event, which is an official Disney fanclub that drops new information about what's happening at Disney before it happens
- That's the official voice of Mickey in that video.
- It's not stated that someone is doing the acting and a voice changer is involved (there's no mention of the tech at all), but I would assume that this was what was happening.
- A comment in one of the twitter posts I was reading looking this up mentioned Rocket Racoon as another character that got this treatment, so I presume they're working on several different characters as part of future tourist attraction options
