No shit. I predict mass exodus attempts, though only Holo will truly succeed. I bet in next months Holo will make using autosub mandatory thing for all of JP and encourage speaking english as much as possible. It's kinda obvious that the more english you speak the more merch you sell outside of japan, nevermind superchats. Same for Phase, Fishman gonna tardwrangle last of JP members to use it all the time. Niji will remain a king of jap market, naked king struggling to turn profit despite all the big numbers (they have 400+ staff for 200 vtubers, wtf? this shit is unsustainable).
Sinder in Phase?
LOL. LMAO even.
Also do your reps - fishman have no plans for any waves at all, only 2-3 invaders. I'm rooting for MoguVivi and SunnyKunai. :hopium:

Sinder is very unlikely. Also, they haven't closed the auditions of new invaders yet. So any vague good news post about joining Phase should come towards the end of summer or in fall. Nepohires are probably an exception
to apply? no they don't
If fishman is willing to stop being friendly to every other corpo, they can start streaming even before ending contract with niji. Niji can't (and probably won't even attempt, but who knows with these retards) enforce exclusivity term against anyone outside of JP and SEA.
You are right but what happens when they get accepted but Niji puts them on a graduation queue that doesn't end til way after invaders are supposed to debut? You gotta remember Niji doesn't just let you go whenever you want

Contracts expire somtime in the autumn. Now, it's still unconfirmed whether it's 1 or 2-year term, but in case of potential legal dispute its irrelevant anyway. The only thing they really have to do is to stop signing additional contracts for extra stuff after the date they choose to pull out. Which they already not doing and never did, it looks like.
For some strange reason, everyone looks at it from a "you never wanna violate the contract" point. Even LM. I think it's environmental bias for people in countries with overblown legal costs. If you have any sense, both sides of the the deal always, always have to consider the "so contract is violated, now what?" angle. And write contract in such a way, that "now what?" won't turn into "nothing, offended party can eat shit and cope".
edit: BTW, cheap option for anyone who want to pull out of niji - file lawsuit for labor law violation against them. Instant termination, then you withdraw lawsuit. Might get away with a price of just one certified mail demanding renegotiation and owed sum of taxes and insurances, and threatening lawsuit.
Meche is such a sweetheart, I think there's kids in her chat because they get a bit weird when she makes dirty jokes, she's definitely a closeted pervert but can't gain anything from it because she's a dork and take all the sexy out of it.
