For ID, at least, the presence of Pride month style stuff is generally frowned upon and those it was probably a wise move that Mika doesn't openly post about it until she's in Vshojo and in an agency that probably care less about her posting it. Even then, she probably wouldn't be too open about it in ID-sphere.
