Idol's got some good talents that they need to be focused on taking care of. I don't normally watch any of them, but I do like Rin, Lisa, Nikki Rei, and some of the others and will check in on them from time-to-time. I'd like to see them strive, and while I don't see the three listed showing any signs of problems at Idol, it would be a shame if anything did happen.
Just as
@Nenélove said above, my problem with Aviel is his ridiculous virtue signaling. Nobody anywhere likes when a newbie comes into a job or a place and starts saying how everyone who's been around for longer should be doing things his way, especially without having anything to show for it. Idol has great talents, and while Aviel has definitely thrown a lot of money around for publicity, I definitely believe that Idol has been elevated a lot more because of the talents than him throwing a shitload of money around. He needs to step back from the spotlight and let the talents sell the company to the public and potential hires. And then, he needs to focus on the internal problems going on within Idol. While it's true some of the recent graduations/terminations have been in-part because of the talents themselves, I think it's undeniable that many of the problems were escalated and allowed to spin out of control due to poor management decisions.
In short, Aviel really needs to fuck off with trying to make Idol look better compared to other corpos and focus on just making Idol look great on its own. And to do that, he needs to let the talents be the face of it all and not his virtue signaling. Take care of and support the talents you have, Aviel.
