There actually is a lot of moderation going on over there believe it or not, I think like 50 comment pages of the advent discussion got wiped randomly, the biboo stuff might or might not be the reason for that. Surprisingly the advent page was overwhelmingly positive comment wise (at least up to what I have read), if you dont count the biboo stuffs. The sisters actually rarely ventured outside of their containment thread. There were many threads with less than 10 comments

The modders also actively protect the sister over at the Nina page and wipe blatantly obvious anti-sisters comment
There was moderation, just in the opposite way of what you want.

Which I though was a really ironic name for an Indonesian streamer.

Some things I picked up:
- She was being really vague about her ability to say things without having to be vague, working up to saying some presumed spicy things multiple times only to be cut of by a donation or another tangent
- In the end nothing much got said that could be linked to her misfortunes in Niji other than the usual Talent Freedom and the "Haha, things get done in time" stuff
- One donation asked about possible collaborations with Mint and Doki, she laughed and moved on very quickly
- No IRL content in her future, most she was willing to consider was Handcam without gloves
- She is uncomfortable with the lack of rules in VShojo, so much so that her Manager made the suggestion of just inventing some rules for her so she could have some
- The VShojo Office Skits were her Idea, even them being not about VTubers at all

There was moderation, just in the opposite way of what you want.

Much like vt, their IRyS page was a cesspool. I don't get how such a lovable and inoffensive idiot like IRyS attracts so many schizos.

While it does sound harsh, this is how Enna banters with some of her close friends. As an example, the same can be observed with her close friend and music producer/composer Diego/Pretty Patterns. They both knew each other and worked together before Enna even joined Niji.

Regarding Mika, Enna has mentioned missing her multiple times on stream, so I believe that she is genuinely happy that she is back.

It's normal when you switch from a heavily regulated (and in case of kurosanji apparently non-transparent and punitive) work environment to one that is less constrained. Part of it could be a fear of breaking some rules but in reality people crave stability and deviation from what you're used to causes mental discomfort (it's also why people leaving an abusive relationship tend to gravitate to another abusive relationship - for the mind, it is familiar).

Translating the talent names with Google gave me some pretty funny results, I assume due to some of them being lore related names and Google translate not being great. A few examples are Purple Swings (Michiru), Luni Loose (Runie), and Singing Clara (accurate). Dizzy is the only talent that's name is in English.
