It's all about the boundaries you set and the level of GFE you commit too.

They can be like Fauna who makes it clear her ASMR is just roleplay and her normal streams are very different to back that up, she also doesn't do coomer stuff.

They can do like Vexoria whose partner is an active participant in some of her content and be very transparent from the get go.

They can commit hard to the GFE experience and put their romantic life on hold for their career, they'd be far from the first person to do that anyways.

Or they can try and be like Mikeneko and have their cake and eat it too and pray it doesn't all blow up on them like it did her.
