Back when he started releasing info on how the company worked for the sake of transparerency his contract was going to be one of the things released. I have a feeling he ripped the contract off some other company and used that as a base and while it might be better than the average black corpo contract it might still have some shit that really isnt enforceable in the western/NA market. Given how most of these girls are from NA putting it out there might end up blowing up in his face.
And yes, it seems that there is a very high correlation of things Sakana gets into vs it being run by some random chinese person. Pretty sure that was how he got the collab thing with the Wonders Ai guy.
