No noncompete is bare minimum for it to pass as contractor. And they'd want it to bea real, actual independent contractor, becasue paying taxes and social benefits for employee in another country is logistical nightmare, usually. Caring for talents is all nice and cool, but you need to stay afloat while doing so and not get completely destroyed in case of litigation.
I'd set some limitations to alt accounts activity. Like, alt vtuber content gotta be below 20% of corpo content, alt non-vtuber content below 50%, something like that. You can promote copro account on alt if you wish, but not vice versa. Such things. Gotta have a lot of conditions to prevent quotas turning it into employment.
Exclusivity is anathema, but priority should be fine. Add provisions to balance revenue split with amount of alt content.
