While Sakana does tend to hire talents with idol skills, he's also happy to hire sad girls who don't have idol talents. Muu is a prime example of this in Gen 3, for example. Sayu isn't going to be ruled out of joining Phase solely for lack of musical talent.

From the clips I've seen of Sayu, she does appreciate people who support her, and I think she would appreciate the support of a good group and some light wrangling. She's also streamed with a few different Phase talents already, and she has shown a positive response towards Phase Connect as a company, and it's not like she's ever shied away from expressing her opinions on anything or anyone. I think she's a likely Invader candidate.

This is where I wish one of those good old fashion'd discord rrats that was spread but a discord rrater had more concrete evidence. But basically the rrat goes X Phase person friendly to Sayu warned her off of Phase. But this rrat again came from an anti of said Phase Vtuber. Who to be fair has a lot of antis. So I believe it. If said person indeed doesn't renew with Phase well then don't expect Sayu to join up in Phase either. (he edited those posts too so you are gonna have to trust me bro on this, but I have numerous witnesses to the rrating)

That still isn’t “talking shit” or “jealousy” or “being a loser”, so in order to say those things, you must have some sort of malice towards that person.
Unless these quotes are about something other than what they were posted as, there is no context that makes those statements (or blocking) justified. If she had left it as “not being able to trust someone”, that would be completely fine, but those quotes are far more harsh than that. (Edit: I am assuming the context is as favorable to Matara as possible, since it was posted by someone defending her, thus I take that at face value to come to these conclusion.)

People are literally taking shit she said about someone completely unrelated and applying it to her relationship with Sayu without any inclination of what is actually between the two of them.
