Didn't she tweet something along the lines of passing tests recently with kiara replying immediately to it from her PL? And pomu saying it doesn't mean she is off hiatus. She may not apply as talent, but it doesn't mean she can't work for Holo as manager or event organizer or something
If kiara feels fine to reply to it from PL it doesn't look to me she is getting invited as a talent

Ollie has shit tons of close friends dying to get into hololive. And she had collabed with every person on the internet. None of them got in. She collabed once with jurard pl, that's it.

She said she did terrible on a test and a few hours later she said she passed that test. I dont think it was a hololive test. No way they are that quick.
If I have to haphazard a guess. It's a N2 japanese mock test that she tried. The passing grade is 5/10. She could do terrible but barely enough to pass. And judging by the speed at which she got her result it's likely nothing official and a mock test instead.

Jurard wasn't vouched by Ollie but she gave him pointers about the audition. Holo doesn't poach as far as I know because almost all of them auditioned for the company one way or the other. The only talents that I can think of that was "poached" by Holo is Polka (fka Oda Nobuhime, fairly popular but she's under upd8 so she was fucked by them) and Luna (fka Yamiyono Moruru in Niggasanji) though both were gone from their previous agency months before they showed up at Hololive.
Holo does have a history of nepo hires and getting vouched by their talents. The most known is Mio because she's a close friend of Fubuki. Practically all of gamers except Foobs were vouched for. Sana was Ina's best friend, Ruze was in contact with Vesper before he joined, Iroha collabed with Subaru before she joined. That's all I can remember.
Even if it'll happen someday, i'm sure Pippa will influence it with her very healthy views
