Building bridges is for unknown waters, we're already at the aviation era for vtubing. She is definitely valuable, but her bilingual skill is wasted without people to use it with, let's say, get a Holo collab so each captain (Clara and idk, Bae) delegate and live translate for their teams, this could be fun, but where is the other people? That's the thing.
Fishman need resources to work with, and PhaseJP for now doesn't offer shit.

Now, he just needs exclusive JP clippers to start shilling Phase, because going for JP -> EN translations won't cut it. He already has the EN fanbase; he current lacks the JP one if he wants to grow Michiru, Iori, and Nasa alongside the new sub group.

True, but he has an eye for talent that allows his to pick out the best men for the job, allowing him to handle financial matters while having shiina do art direction, muumi be one girl psych ward, jelly be music slave, and dizzy be brains behind actual vtubing shit. Keep in mind, every talent works a year behind the scenes before actually debuting.
He might not have the industry smarts, but he has other people to think for him.

Phase JP doesn't look impressive when you compare to the mid-sized JP agencies but when you look at Michi's or Nasa's viewership vs a year ago it absolutely has taken a step forward.
Despite good recruiting the chance of stumbling into another Pippa are almost zero, so steady growth like both sides of the agency have shown since Sept/Oct is a really good sign.

For example: why aren't the PhaseJP girls collabing with smaller/average sized JP streamers? He could hit ReAct at the debut peak, but for now he could aim just for NoriPro or 774. You need to spread names first and foremost, growing organically in current year is much harder because well stablished communities are around for a longer time and people hate change.

You don’t watch phase JP

Pico just had a jong collab with 3 vtubers with 100k+ subs and 5k watching and made a strong impression.

Nasa in particular has been making friends with other indies and corpos all over the place. Terametaru are basically phase friends at this point considering how many cross company collabs there have been. Considering Pico first heard about phase from a JP Nasa fan, her early networking has already brought tangible benefits.

Memory in particular has a really loyal JP fanbase out of nowhere. Her super chats are enormous for her ccv and I don’t think it’s just gachikoi baiting. She’s just really funny and self aware, like Rushia but not evil.

Loki doesn’t do collabs outside the company yet but she did bring in Meloco from Niji (who called in during her member stream). She already has a couple JP clippers like Zuppin.

Every member of Phase JP is evangelizing as hard as they can to the JP audience (except Clara maybe, but we don’t know yet)

Edit: sorry if this post sounds aggressive, having seen the absolute state of your average mid tier JP corpo, I’m all in on phasecoin. I was skeptical at first but they hired real talent and hit the ground running, numbers wise.
