Nah motherfucker, being a flaky idiot that makes clients have to jump through hoops to get progress reports and/or pieces finished by deadlines is costing you your job. If you work as a shelf stocker in a grocery store and you can be found more reliably in the break room scrolling your phone and whining about not feeling good, you're going to get replaced by someone who is going to do the same job but probably cheaper. In the case of AI art, it's a shelf stocking robot that sometimes puts canned string beans with the baked beans because both contain 'bean' and the nuance is lost to the AI, but it gets the work done immediately and doesn't whine like a fag about their life being so hard.
I don't think I've ever met a furry who was an interesting person by any metric. Their entire personality/persona revolves around "im a wolf xD awooooo" god I feel ill and whatever creativity they have stopped developing in grade 6.

Part of your work as a contractor is giving your client updates on your work, especially when you're running behind on deadlines you've agreed to with the client. If they're actually working on the model, there's no excuse for not spending five minutes to send along some progress pictures and an ETA.
No other industry would tolerate how shit artists are towards the people that commission them and are paying their bills. It amuses me no end that the artistic types that thought AI and robots would do low-level unskilled labour jobs are instead taking the jobs of artists.

If you've been paying attention to your Sakana lore, you'd know that Sakana's favourite anime is Gundam Seed. I didn't think much of that when I first heard that. But I'll share a few tidbits that might be of interest:
1) Phase Connect was named after the Phase Shift Armor featured in Gundam Seed.
2) Sakana's anime oshi is Lacus Clyne:
She has long pink hair, and is an idol and pop singer. I think it might be a bit much to compare Lacus to the moldy rabbit, but there are several comparisons that could be made. He has said that he's making an idol company though.
In any case, Sakana started a vtuber company to make more girls like his anime oshi. I kneel.
