It's strange right? I won't pretend to watch everyone but a lot of the girls seem burned out from overwork and a lot others seem frustrated because they aren't working enough, that is getting their lives and what not recorded. I have faith, they're track record when it comes to addressing problems isn't perfect but for the most part it's held really strong.
I thought the reason she thought of graduating was because of the lack of 3D opportunity aka lack of idol work, which is the exact opposite of the issue you mentioned?
At the very least, I hope they make it clear that both the Summer live and New Year Countdown live are optional and not everyone needs to participate. I know Ame being missing from the NY live already proves that it is not mandatory but it's still funny that literally everyone else agreed to participate.
