Eh? My theory on the success of neuro is that she was essentially a talkshow host.
Most talkshow hosts aren't anything special or in any way talented in their own right, they are famous because they feed on the popularity and fame of their guests.
Imo vedal's success was in parading neuro around and collabing with as many vtubers as possible, the vtubers saw this talking bot as a novelty and easy content so win-win overall. This is why you don't see any other AI vtubers and I never believed the people who claimed that "this is the future", if you had 20 of these bots then nobody would give a shit.
Neurosama used to be a lot more based but was prone to saying things that would get you banned of YouTube. Vedal gave her a lobotomy and became the Neuro-sama we currently recognize now.
I think there'd be a viewerbase for an AI on an open platform like Rumble that's like the original Neuro-sama.

She was for a while yeah, but got better again with the AI updates he rolled out a bit ago giving her a memory and ability to keep bits up. I like Neuro and she still does good numbers, but the problem is she's never going to be my main choice for a stream if there's any of my other regulars on and watching a VOD just isn't the same. Clips are more than enough.
Neuro's definitely the most fun when she collabs with new people. Camilla or Anny for the umpteenth time gets stale, the only exception would be the cursed cooking collabs with Onigiri.

Neuro is only ever entertaining when there's a human to react to its nonsense, otherwise it's just an AI spouting off whatever bullshit comes to mind. It is literally soulless, probably moreso after the lobotomizing. The basis behind this is routed in the western academia idea of control through language. The basic gist is that, if you can control how people speak, you can control how they think. There's been a movement to try and get rid of all forms of 'gendered' language in English, ranging from introducing gender neutral emoticons/emojis to politicians going out of their way to avoid using phrases like 'ladies and gentlemen.' The problem is that this form of language control only really works on languages where gendered nouns aren't built into the actual vocabulary like English. Spanish, one of the most commonly spoken languages on the planet that isn't some dialect of Chinese or Indian, has masculine and feminine ways of writing and pronouncing words, specifically nouns. With gendered language built so deeply into the roots of Spanish, some 'language specialists' (mostly upper middle class liberal arts professors) came up with the idea of introducing a third, gender neutral way of writing and speaking Spanish. Thus, Latinx was created to try to 'capture' the Spanish language much like the English language has been captured.
The problem? Most Latin American countries, which these academic types thought would embrace and adopt this bastardized form of Spanish, told them to fuck a cactus. It turns out that trying to convince a part of the world which is traditionally Catholic (with all that entails), that their way of speaking is out of date and that you need to change the entire structure of your language (which is considered to a cultural foundation in many parts of the world) isn't a good idea. The fact that part of this was pushed by upper class Latinos (who have probably never stepped foot in any other Latin American country that didn't include a Sandal's Resort) only made the rejection more visceral.
TLDR: Academics tried to explain to a demographic why their language is sexist/racist/homophobic/etc. and were promptly told by Latin American moms to shut up before they whip out the chancla.

I'm pretty sure he still covered all their positive news after the nijisanji strike. He just doesnt put them in his title since he wants to clickbait. Noone gave a shit that he covered nijisanji positive news, his fans didn't give a shit and nijifan didn't give a shit either, nor people like you.
