Prodding aside, gifting a membership to make new people aware of the benefits is a good marketing strategy, my major complaint with it on YouTube is that gifted people need to allow themselves to get a gift, which is weird; on Twitch if someone drops 50 gifts, the algorythm will send it to people who might enjoy that kind of content based on tagged streams and timeframe across the whole platform, unless the gifter specify to gift only community members (followers and orbiters).

I feel like it's only natural to biased to members you care a lot about. I would be equally pissed off if this was happening to Ina.

While at the same time I wouldn't even know if it were to happen to any of the Stars or ID members in that circle because I just don't watch them, I honestly never even heard of Gamma prior to that picture.

I understand, but misguided rage will only hit the wrong targets. My own jab at COVER is only possible because they're a decent company that values the talents above all, and it should be that way anyway, not a dog eat dog ladder like Nïggersanji.
Getting angry at someone exploiting inequalities around the globe is just wasted breath, the company won't crash and in the end of the day, everything values the Watame brand, even if just a little.
Particularly, if my oshi is fed and doesn't have to think about money a year down the line I think she's in great condition, better than 3/4 of this cursed planet, but I don't know how it is for you.
