Personally I just find Zentreya's entire presence incredibly off-putting; the TTS shit is a novelty that wore off five minutes after it started and ultimately makes conversations they're part of stilted and annoying to listen to, and the character design has that unpleasant trashy coombait vibe going on that achieves the opposite of its desired effect. I usually skip over any clip I see them in because their presence just takes away from the experience.
I can't say for sure if they're a man or woman irl since I've only ever skimmed over the posts about it, but the idea of a man piloting a """sexy""" robot dragon girl thing just makes it more uncomfortable than it already is.

It depends on how it's applied. 5-6 talents all share 1 manager for their gen? Bad idea. Talents have their personal managers they share with 1-2 other people at most while having a gen manager that deals with the 5-6 talents? That could work, have someone to coordinate the gen as a whole. If a talent can't reach their personal manager (due to timing or whatever), they can always reach out to the gen manager.
Did you make any tweets about liking art, wanting art, commissions, etc? There are literally thousands of art bots out there that will auto-follow and try to scam you if you talk about that stuff.

Zen isn't going anywhere. She's in too tight with other Vshojo members like Haruka or Henya, is too generically popular and secure in the broader twitch scene and even getting corpo collabs, and there's no real smoking gun(s) to point towards like you can with Froot. Just some "will you stop being so dramatic"-tier incidents. The sort of troon obsession that leads one to fixate on the potential male behind the model might gain traction here and in some other places, but it needs the reality-check that the vast majority of people simply do not and will never care even if it's proven 100% true. Zen's a babiniku? "Yeah ok, you don't like the style of content and TTS, good for you" will be the reaction from the public. It's just not a mark against her the way Nyanners long history of baiting dubious communities for clout and then turning on them was, or Vei's intense thottery and bridge-burning with the rest of the vtuber community.
Now Froot on the other hand? Well seems like even Vshojo is aware how volatile of a property she could become if the stars align to let the right rrat or callout post catch on (edit: even Mouse was alluding to it somewhat in that clip). They've been running some defence and keeping things quiet but while I think it'd make more sense for them just to distance from her I'm not sure to what extent they even have the ability to force her out if she doesn't want to go. Froot is the only one who doesn't seem to have got the memo the others did about shutting up during controversies though, making snippy comments or sending her bloody mother after people, so she might just dig her own grave.

The talents of VNU are doing this the past few days I've seen both Suri and DK do this a few days ago before Suri did her donothon and DK I believe a few hours ago as the most recent one
It was less about one, and more about being hired after they did and having zero experience. He was learning on the work with the newest gen who would have the hardest time and needed a competent person to help them out the most.
Like, I get this, but I still can't put it on the same level as Froot being a backstabber and Vei and Nyanners being total bitches to people and find Zen to be a totally harmless retard.
