It will have to be a very capable but expensive manager. I hope they manage to gather the fund before it's too late. Four BPD/Bipolar women will drive anyone found wanting out at the first week of work.
This whole debacle is not unexpected, I think that with Niji's incredibly public failure and the general loss of faith in conventional agencies in the indie scene (not that indies have EVER liked agencies either due to jealousy or convictions) we will see a substantial amount of these startup "talent freeeeeedom" projects over the next year which will all likely turn out to be either total scams or riddled with internal catfights and incompetency.
Possible. I guess ones where it's few indies pitching in to hire full-time managers/accounting/support staff will do ok (or at least avoid stupid drama). Especially ones that will hire therapist too.
If this is what I'm thinking it is, it will face the same problem as V-Dere, meaning that one of the talents will end up playing manager, corralling a house full of cats and constantly be on the verge of an hero'ing. And looking around, I found a few quite competent write-ups about some major events
Since it isnt a primary Vtuber subreddit, it also doesn't have any petty rules about PL or roommate stuff
Since the Effortpost about Tsunderia by Porean, there was the idea of enshrining such posts in a place that one could find them again
Well, the long posts about Vtubers found on that thread are of similar nature, but keep in mind that most of them below are 1 to 3 years old and mostly concern Hololive stuff, some of these could do with some updates and adding more recent information
Still, if someone wants to create an OP or something on a topic, these theads are at the very least, a good starting point

The loss of faith in corpos is greatly overstated. Phase Connect had 3K applications for Gen 3, and Hololive had, what, 10K submissions for their last EN gen? Quality corpos are in high demand and those hiring are spoiled for choice. The only people who are complaining are vtweeters who were never interested nor in the running in the first place.
What we can learn from Nijisanji is that you should do your due diligence about any prospective corpo you want to join, and make sure you carefully read over a contract (and ideally retain a lawyer to go over your contract), but that was good advice before Nijisanji was unquestioningly outed as a black company.
