Invaders is only one branch of the corpo, if she joined as a part of an actual gen she'd have to retire her PL. But from what she's describing it doesn't sound like it's Phase because of how much she talks about doing events/concerts.

There were some clout-chasers early on with FlaVR, but Nyana put in some serious work to help build her reputation and sub count. I don't think it's fair to lump her in with them.

Phase has also been ramping shit up, but i feel like almost everyone in the industry has been able to do more and more concerts, so it could be a micro corpo, either way, we will probably know soon exactly where she went, hopefully

I mean if it is a significant part of yourself that you're leaving behind it can get kinda sad, like leaving Home or changing to a new job after years. So yeah both can be true.

She's a big fan of Pippa, and with Phase seeming to want to keep pushing into events I could see them picking her up as someone to head that up and expand their event concerts beyond the Origins-centric ones we've seen so far. Definitely a possibility that it's Phase. "Opportunity of a lifetime" along with all the other event talk definitely makes me lean towards Holo though.
