It's real, both of those discount codes work on his site. It's either him or his son running the twitter but either way, it's legit and affiliated with him.

Billy Mitchell is like the Arcade version of Stalin/Hitler/Mao. Except everyone that has gone after him has lost or died hard and he continues to sell hot sauce while partying around their corpses.
