Kuro said she scheduled a lot with VShojo members so they can collab one last time as "official members" (although he did say again that the collabs and interactions aren't going to stop when she's out. He was very adamant about that). I think they have a one-on-one collab scheduled as well.
Excommunication would destroy the squeaky clean "we're not like other corpos" image VSJ has, unless Matara had done something that would warrant a wider ostracisizng from the community as a whole
True! I just wasn't sure how VShojo collabing with ex-members worked (mostly because, again, I don't follow the company that much). Has Nyanners or Veibae collabed with any current VShojo members?

Nyanners has shown up to a few special events for some members sporadically. So far as I know, Silvervale & Vei haven't ever interacted with Vshojo since they left.
Silvervale didn't seem to part with VShojo on good terms, so I wouldn't expect her to still be collabing with them.
Nah the one time I watched Matara recently she was talking about having dated recently, but it didn't wind up going anywhere. She's also talked about being lonely in her PL.
