No, if you want the fanmade Stand experience, you need to name it after your favorite artist, and have the Stand have a power based on the artist's name (even though only a handful of Stands, mostly from Part 5, had powers that matched their names), and make it incredibly powerful while leaning far too into the meme of Jojo powers being hyper-specific.
