Subathons are supposed to be 24/7 on camera, and unlike a lot of chuubas who half-ass them now, Mouse actually does 24/7. Her sleeping is just messed up because of the medication so she takes intermittent naps rather than going to bed for a dedicated 8 hours each night.
Anyways, subs are akin to youtube memberships. Gifted in this case due to the subathon but it's still an insane amount of cash, especially since she's donating like half of all her income (bits and donos etc too) this month to charity.
