Bought the Pippa birthday merch but unfortunately the wallscroll I got came in the mail damaged (both plastic rods were broken in half). I had a friendly conversation with Phase Connect's support line for that and I'm set to get a replacement hopefully soon here or else I'm billing fishman for the hardware store visit.
edit: Update, I'm a retard and didn't check the email I used to track the shipment. Fishman sent the replacement last week. I give Sakana 1 (one) based award.

I assume both would have it. At the very least, your country's postal service should give you a tracking number once they get the package.
Maybe mail them? I asked them a question and they replied to me fast enough.They may not reply on 1st January though.

iirc I had free shipping on pippa's birthday bundle and I had a tracking number
e. actually I don't remember if it was free shipping, but it definitely wasn't express

it sort of vanished after it landed in my country but eventually got delivered a week later lol

Still split on getting a lootbox, I really wanted a 2022 release but it seems it's mostly going to be stuff from 2023 (beyond the things that they listed on the image above)
