Playing Divinity Original Sins 2 and good golly you'd think a plot heavy tactical RPG would attract smarter people. There's a few companions you can choose to follow you. They have an Attitude score (100 is max) which you raise by talking to them nicely and helping them on their personal quests. All of you have the potential to become gods. Your god
has been hammering in your head that there can only be one new god. It is
explicitly stated your companions are being fed the same message from their gods. Several times.
So why were faggots complaining that near the end of the Nameless Isle
your companions leave your party because they're not sure if they want to support your claim to godhood over their own? It's piss easy convincing them to stay if they like you and it's easy to max out or be close to maxing out Attitude by the time you leave Reaper's Coast. Hell, you need to chase down all the quest EXP you can get from that area so why wouldn't you be doing the personal quests? There's also huge exclaimation marks that go over their heads when they REALLY wanna talk about whatever crazy thing just happened, which means free Attitude points. If you reached that part of the Nameless Isle(more than halfway through the game) with your companions at 25 Attitude each, you played yourself but not the game apparently
