Relatedly, I wonder if Twitch does more severe punishments for repeat offenses. Could hurt in the future, even if it's only a day now, if so.
I was looking through Twitch Guidelines, and there doesn't seem to actually be any carve out for reporting news/discussing news. Quoting violations of the TOS is functionally a violation of the TOS. That's probably intentional, but it's also a Platform Risk to manage.
