All of these are valid readings of the comic if you want to present it as an analogy to being trans, through the lens of how trans people are either seen to behave or are suggested to behave. What it doesn't accurately portray is that there is no ulterior motives to the other wolves joining in, given that their speech of 'deprogramming' to 'get [you] back to your regular wolf self' would not be suggesting that they are receptive to any explanation given to them by the wolf-in-sheeps-clothing. While the apparently desired message is to believe something of the former transpired and that the wolf-in-sheeps-clothing convinced the other two wolves to shed their wolfish ways and become sheep with them, that is the best case, idealized, "don't think about the flow of the story presented" interpretation that could be generously given. The irony being that if there was a single line added to address the wolf-in-sheeps-clothing to interject at all, it could more easily be read as the apparent desired outcome we see in the comic, but the exclusion of such scene means the reader has to make that leap themselves and simply assume. The message more readily comes across that these wolves are entrenching themselves among the sheep for the convenience it offers to their nature as wolves, and that this was a normal conclusion for them to make in the process of helping their otherwise lone comrade in fulfilling their nature as a wolf once again. A predator among their prey, happily pursuing their needs as a predator now flanked with assistance from other predators that have joined them to both strengthen their presence and expand their reach.
