Memory's Miso Salmon
A straightforward packaged recipe
Ingredients and Cookware
A 9x13 or larger Baking Dish
1 Pack of Otafuku Authentic Miso Salmon Sauce
2 LBS of Salmon
2 LBS of preferred Vegies (A mix of chopped Asparagus, Red Onion, Mushrooms, Baby Corn, and Bok Choy works well)
2 Tablespoon Sesame Oil
A Few Green Onions
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees and cut the salmon into individual portions.
Spread the oil across the bottom of the Baking Dish, then add the Salmon and Veggies, excluding the green onions.
Spread the Sauce over the top, then put the dish into the oven. Tell the salmon is done cooking, which will be about 20-30 mins.
Once finished cooking, top with chopped green onions and serve. Feeds 4
