You're right, she's atrocious
She's only bad when playing bad characters, so it's not her fault, it's the bad game design. When she plays good characters she hard carries the team and is the best player while everyone else on her team is terrible and the enemy team is all pro-players that she defeats because she's so good at the game.
Your right she's just alternatively skilled most people focus on boring things like aiming and game sense not Pippa though she's 100% specced for trash talk and when the universe hands her a win no one could gloat better
