Thinking about this more cause I saw someone retweet her tweet about it, this might be of the few takes of hers she has that actually pisses me off. I've been clear that I don't hold a grudge against offkai itself like a lot of other people here do (cause I see the fact that in spite of all attempts to kick her out by the mentaly ill phase is still the main reason people go and the con bends over backwards for phase as a win) and I get why she's usually so defensive of them if it's stuff directed solely at her, but this is different. She's not someone who'd go to a meet and greet for a plethora of reasons so it would never affect her and seems to be going out of her way to pull out a bunch of excuses to justify it when the highest risk fanbase for misuse of this is Phase fans and more specifically her own fucking fans.

She just feels the need to play peacekeeper for some reason, and it always backfires.

I think the world would be a better place if the OffKai staff and volunteers who've caused all the problems were rounded up and thrown in the oven with Reticule, but I obviously don't expect her to agree with that publicly, Phase are working with them so criticising them would be unprofessional. But saying nothing is an option too; all downplaying the concerns will ever achieve is riling people up even more.

Pretty much, it's a situation where she only really needed to address it if someone that was not clearly trying to start shit brought it up, otherwise why bring attention to something that regardless of outcome is going to do you no favors? If she wanted to let people know in case they missed it just a simple retweet or a "Hey heads up" quote tweet would have sufficed.
