Arch was OK but we can only assume that he endorses Dev's behaviour by continuing to have him on. Dev attacking Kirsche is pretty on brand for him considering his history of pressing women like Shoe & Aydin, but Arch not calling him out was disappointing.

Nah, you are only looking at the recent controversies' effect on the dynamic. Dev used to be able to hide his power level and come off as way more likable. He's been on Arch's show for years now, and it was a working dynamic. Dev's downward spiral only started to kick into motion after the trucker protests. Ever since then, it's been a slow downward spiral; tell Fox Woman and TAL started kicking his shit in, which put things into a higher gear. It's clear that Arch needs to do something about it now, but before this, it was a working strategy, and I can't blame him for that decision in particular.
