Also like she said, most jobs don't earn you enough to pay someone to do the actual hard work of managing shit. You're either a hobbyist and never get to the size that it matters, you're smart and pay people to handle the behind the scenes shit once you hit the size where you need to, or you're making the job harder on yourself by not doing that to save a bit of money. most jobs have departments ro do those things. Getting a sponsor is as easy as sending an email, stats, and a portfolio video. the hard part there is spending time writting up the proposal or filling out the form.
