The Japanese figured out this one magic trick where they build their cities wide instead of everyone being a consumerist goy that fights for the same 10' x 10' concrete cube on the same plot of land. The honorable Japanese even figured out you can build all kinds of different spaces for different uses instead of having the same cookie cutter goy slop everywhere.
