Maybe I'm just speaking for myself but I don't think I've ever really disliked Hime outside of playing up a bit and shit talking her for her semi-lefty opinions. I think most of us have come to accept that @superduper is a challenged but worthy addition to the menhera connect and have really come to enjoy the antics. Even on /vt/ the bitos seem more concerned with fucking each other (sexual) than causing trouble. I think Hime's thing is she doesn't really seem to have a niche outside of being known as an enjoyer of incest games, she needs to find a "thing". Pippa is a conspiracy mold queen, Runie does really great themed streams, etc. Maybe that would help Hime find some direction in other areas, if she could figure out what type of vtuber she wants to be known as in general.

+. Rie tries really hard to blend in with others that occasionally her supposed "niche" isn't there. I still vividly remember she was competing with Pippa on who has the worse mold on early debut days, but i guess that idea is scrapped now. Nobody really mention that again either.

Given her hardworking nature and enthusiasm she can become a great pioneer for Phase - trying some new shit and others would follow. I recall she's one of the first few chuuba in EN (and probably the first in Phase) that did the shorts format stream, and following it a bunch tries it too.

I wonder if it is because she's trying to be careful or is too brainwormed and hesitate to pioneer things again. Possibly both.

To me, it does seem that Rie has a sort of niche – aside from just the incest, she is generally a lewd girl with Tumblr tastes (and, occasionally, Tumblr opinions) who is fond of publicly humiliating herself and maniacally simping for Tumblr sexymen (and women). What may be limiting her "growth", however, is that this niche overlaps heavily with a number of her colleagues, such as Eimi, Erina and especially Lia.

That isn't necessarily a bad thing. Some people enjoy a thing, want more of it, with extra varieties/flavors. Just hop on any streams among Lia, Eimi, Erina and one can tell there is a clear difference in atmosphere and execution.

Think Rie sees some stupidly high superchats or donos and let's it get to her. She's the second highest sub count in her gen. Pretty consistently hits high 3view/low 4 view territory iirc. Her vod views seem pretty decent and it looks like she's built a pretty faithful Project Moon following judging by the numbers. She's also done some very creative streams, even if some didn't work as well as others. Not sure how bad her timezone debuff is but it looks like she does fine by the numbers.
