Like she could put on body fat quite easily, just drink whole milk every day with every meal and eat an Italian carb diet and she'll be packing an extra 10-20 lbs by Christmas. If she wants muscle weight she needs protein protein protein and lifting exercises vs cardio. A lot of girls who complain about being light weight make the mistake of sticking with a pure cardio workout, cardio is a fat burning exercise.
