As much as I like the Gay Connect meme, especially because the talents are on the joke and banter a lot between them and the audience, this is my hones opinion.

Michiru- No idea
Nasa- Likes to joke but I don't think so
Iori- I don't think so
Pippa- As much as we joke about it, and the fact that she definitely lust after big titted blond characters (fictional characters don't mean anything, IMO) I don't think she's gay Bisexual
Uruka- Again, we like to joke abt lesmaxxing, but she has stated she want a man. Someone like her brother (but NOT her brother)
Lia- Open brocon, last I checked brothers are male
Tenma- Definetly not gay. Yes, she has slapped the ass of every talent she's met, but is really common for women to get touchy touchy with their friends. Yes, she asked for porn of Erina after Phase Wars 2, but it was obviously a joke

Wemi- She likes lolis but I've never seen her lusting over real women. That being said, she's always a wild card.
Rie-Another wild card. She has Lusted over other talents jokingly but she's also a big shota and brocon. Maybe Bisexual? Bisexual
Airi- Straight as an arrow. Yes, she has let other talents cope a feel of her boobs but agian, female friends do that stuff
Manko- Comandante Panko will put the gays on camps
Shiina- Do I really need to say it? Woman can't wait to get married and have children AND we all remember the wontons incident.
Erina- Coping machine. She has said she's bi, she has said she "likes what she likes", she has lusted over male fictional characters (again, that doesn't count). But come on, girl, you are probably the gayest on the company. We she has a sleep over with her best friend (she calls her Star on stream) she's the big spoon

Lumi- Yeah, yeah. Jelly's her wife, etc. She's straight.
Dizzy- Same as Shiina. She jokes about Ember but she has stated SEVERAL times how she prefer white men and like Shiina is desperate to get married and have chirlen
Ember- She also jokes a lot, but honestly I don't this she's a lesbian. Maybe, just maybe, bisexual
