Big asterisk here is that it shouldn't matter as long as you're not catering to that kind of content. If you're doing GFE, encouraging parasocial behaviour, flirting with/grooming chat, playing up how you're alone and/or how you don't have relationship experience, etc, then I think secretly being in a relationship is not only a huge breach of trust but is also fairly morally repugnant since you're essentially preying on your audience.
