I wish I watched Phase long enough to know how it's going on a downward spiral, I only started watching them regularly since last year

I think holo and brave has skewed people perception of growth. Niggas, they don't have fuck you money to expand in the same way as holo. Any competent business owner would make sure the foundation of the business is bulletproof and then start expanding taking risks they can afford to flop without the company going under. Last year we had the launch of jp and the 3d concert. That alone is probably like a year worth of investment for the size of the company.
This year we have invaders 3, the usual roadmap of seasonal events and birthdays and con season with all the performances that are tied to it. All of that alone is enough to keep any company busy for the year. If my nigga fishman plans to pack more things in a year I would hope he would take one year to build up his staff because without warehouse crew they're running the company on like 10 people.
On another note. I haven't watched the latest ember stream in which she made her schedule but I saw this pop up
It lists jerry, maybe she was lazy and forgot to update it or jerry might join. Who knows there's a chance I won't be able to watch the whole stream before this collab happens, so will see
