My baseless speculation is that Hina is doing a redebut alongside the new Phase Invaders. That would explain why she's taking a bit of time to come back (gotta prep debut material) and helps reintroduce her to Phase Connect viewers who haven't seen her for over half a year, and gives her more eyes for when she returns. Oh, and takes better advantage of the advertising spend Fishman is going to do to draw viewers to the upcoming Invader debuts.

Since my reply will not relate to Not-Clara i feel comfortable cross-quoting, shoot me if i'm reading the room wrong.

It's such a shame because objectively she's Phase's most talented member.

Uh...I disagree? "most talented" is already a massively-subjective concept on its own, like, what do you mean by this? If it's only about singing - then sure, Clara's probably the best singer in Phase, her only equal and/or superior depending on one's tastes being Lumi.
But i feel like no matter how you define "talent" as related to streaming in other avenues, there'll be a few Phase girls on par or above Clara. She's by far not the best or most entertaining(again, immensely subjective, yes) gamer, there are better yappers than her(tho, admittedly, she is the most schizo...is this a talent?), Lumi/Dizzy/Runie have her beat at scripted content and Pippa easily outshines her(and everyone else at the company tbh) at improv comedy.

Honestly if you asked me "who's the most talented girl in Phase rn", i'd seriously struggle to pick between Lumi and Runie. Both great singers(and songwriters), both excel at writing and executing RP scenarios, both wonderful yappers, Lumi wins out as far as gaming goes(and by having streaming as her only job and actually treating it as a job, girl puts in really solid hours), but Runie's progress from complete non-gamer to doing RE2R challenge runs in a year has left me quite damn impressed.

Afaik she knows how to do live2d, art, singing and dancing. It's impressive how many things she is decent at. Of course it's subjective, and I don't think talent necessarily equates to entertainment.

I actually like this idea a lot.
Leeching off the debut hype both via debut-raids and debut-ads would help bring back her nooombers and thematically you can frame it as a rebirth and straight up do a soft-redebut(again, if she hasn't streamed before becoming Hina, she probably completely forgot how it works by now).
So yeah even if that isn't the plan i feel like it could work.

Was really awesome to see. She started her first stream saying something like "I'll play more if I like it" and ended up doing practice runs and coming up with strategies to get a perfect run. Was great to see her reaction when she finally did it.

I agree that Runie is also one of the most talented in Phase, and I'd say also competes as Phase's best singer too.

I remember that one, and then like two days later suddenly she was shilling her new GamerSupps code. I had liked Ali early on but dropped her as I got tired of her negativity and the increasingly lewdtuber route she was going down. If I wanted a lewdtuber I already had plenty to pick from who were already better at it.
